Yes. Once the Sales voucher is saved, the add-on automatically generates the required Receipt vouchers based on the payment details entered.

5. Where will I configure cash/bank ledgers and receipt voucher types?

In Addon-Features, enable the 'Smart Receipts' Feature and fill the configuration. You can access addon features from Gateway of Tally > F1 : Help > TDL Addons > Press F6.

6. Are bill references allocated automatically?

Yes. Smart Receipts automatically allocates the correct bill references to every generated Receipt voucher.

7. Can I see previously posted Receipt vouchers later?

Yes. While altering the Sales voucher, Smart Receipts displays the Receipt vouchers already posted against the invoice, along with the remaining pending amount. You can also post an additional Receipt voucher against the outstanding balance.

8. Is configuration required?

Yes. A simple one-time configuration is required to specify the Receipt Voucher Type, Prefix Type and Ledger used for automatic receipt creation.
