Columnar Register Excel Import Tool makes it easy to transfer accounting transactions from Excel into a Tally company. Export a Columnar Register from the source Tally company, select the Excel file and sheet, map the required masters, and import the transactions into the destination company.

The tool intelligently identifies Voucher Types, Party Ledgers and other Ledgers from the Excel data and provides a guided mapping process before importing vouchers.

  • Import from Columnar Register Excel: Select the exported Excel file and worksheet containing the accounting data.
  • Automatic Master Identification: Automatically identifies Voucher Types, Party Ledgers and other Ledgers found in the Excel data.
  • Voucher Type Mapping: Map the voucher types from the Excel file to the corresponding voucher types in the destination company.
  • Party Ledger Mapping: Match imported parties with existing Tally ledgers or create new ledgers when required.
  • GSTIN-based Party Creation: Create party ledgers using GSTIN information available in the imported data.

It is a Tally add-on that imports accounting transactions from Tally Columnar Register Excel files into another Tally company.
