Custom WhatsApp Templates in Tally extends TallyPrime's built-in WhatsApp feature, allowing you to use your own approved WhatsApp message templates along with Tally's standard templates.

Create and approve your custom templates through your WhatsApp service provider, such as Interakt, and configure them in Tally using this module. You can map each template parameter to the relevant Tally value, configure templates for different voucher types, and set a preferred template as the default.

When you use TallyPrime's existing WhatsApp option to send a message, the configured custom templates become available for selection. The module automatically fills the template parameters with the corresponding data from Tally.
