POS Print in Normal Sales Voucher

POS Print in Sales Voucher brings TallyPrime's POS invoice print format to normal Sales vouchers. Bill customers through your regular Sales voucher type and print a compact POS-style invoice on your counter printer, without switching to POS invoicing.

Many businesses use a thermal printer at the billing counter but still need the capabilities of a normal Sales voucher: party ledgers, credit sales, bill-wise outstanding, sales orders, delivery notes and GST invoicing. POS Print in Sales Voucher lets you keep that workflow and still print a quick, neat counter bill.

• POS Format for Normal Sales: Print Sales vouchers in TallyPrime's built-in POS invoice format.
• VoucherType-wise Setup: Enable POS print from the Voucher Type master only for the voucher types you choose, such as Counter Sales or Retail Sales.
• Assigned POS Printer: Assign a printer for POS printing. When the POS format is used, the assigned printer is selected automatically.
• Smart Printer Fallback: When printing in A4 or any other format, Tally continues with the printer last used, so regular printing is not affected.
• Party Balance on Bill: Print the customer's outstanding balance on the POS bill, so credit customers know where they stand.
